As part of the NYS Department of Health Regulations, we are required to notify you that “publication 3601, Regulated Children’s Camps in New York State (11/25)” has been revised. It modernizes and streamlines the previous Children’s Camps in New York State brochure. Publication 3601 informs parents/guardians of the rights and responsibilities of campers and camp operators.

The revised publication 3601 is available on the NYSDOH website, where users can translate it into multiple languages, download a PDF version, and order free print copies from the Distribution Center.
